Go between

 Go between


It seems over the years moms and dads have becomes go between for our kids. This is an important job as our kids are raised up in crazy world. 


I realized very recently that the go between job had to end. See its easy as a parent to forget to drop the reigns or cut the apron strings as our kids get older  and the go between job i was doing and had been doing was one between them and God.


Somewhere along the way i had taught them about God, and they are all saved and baptized. However when they all went thru their own searching and began adulting paths i somehow became a go between between them and God. Sometimes rightfully so interceding for them with God. 


However many times i began to become the defender of God to my family. See when things didnt go as planned they blamed me and God. So i felt the need to justify and defend both of us. When in realitu i shouod have become a beacon to point them back to God period.


See as moms we are problem solvers and fixers. But truly we just need to step out of the way, kneel down and surrender our kids and their situations to the One who loves us all more than we can fathom. God doesn't need our help, but our kids do need our Gods help more than our words and advice! 



Anyway, keep going moms and dads your doing great just lay down that need to justify or defend God to anyone because He can handle it all by himself and He does it way better!!!

The Blueprint Begins

The Beginning I never would have imagined there was such a thing as a “Heaven blueprint.”   Growing up in survival mode—surrounded by chaos, confusion, and abuse—I didn’t even know what Heaven really was. Don’t get me wrong, I went to church with my grandma. The Call
